You will analyze current lines, identify bottlenecks, design improved workflows, and develop metrics and dashboards to monitor performance. Collaboration with supervisors and hands-on problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in industrial engineering, focusing on production systems.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in process mapping, simulation software, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; effective teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify improvements in cycle time, cost, and quality.
• Design and implement optimized workflows, including line balancing and workstation improvements.
• Utilize simulation tools and data analysis to model and test process changes.
• Develop and maintain production performance metrics and dashboards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and operators to implement changes and provide training.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis for long-term solutions.
