Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IAM/IGA or related security technologies.
• Familiarity with identity concepts: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA.
• Ability to troubleshoot integrations and APIs in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and customers to support engagements and demos.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs.
• Assist in workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
• Explain identity concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
