Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior product leader to define and execute the Identity platform vision, strategy, and roadmap. You will guide authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and account management, working with engineering, security, privacy, legal, and design across regions.

You will prioritize backlog, set success metrics, and use data and experiments to optimize identity experiences while balancing security, usability, and reliability. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading product development initiatives.
• Experience with platform products, identity management, or security-critical domains.
• Strong ability to discuss security, scalability, and architectural trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to develop strategies, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Experience using data, experimentation, and KPIs to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the Identity product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead development of authentication, authorization, account management, SSO, and MFA capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Prioritize product initiatives and manage the backlog, balancing security, usability, and delivery timelines.
• Establish objectives, key results, and performance indicators for authentication success and adoption.
• Use analytics, hypotheses, and A/B testing to evaluate product performance and optimize identity experiences.
• Coordinate with internal product teams to promote consistent identity standards across the ecosystem.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, lead planning sessions, and communicate trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making in product discovery and delivery.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and wellbeing while aligning teams across regions.
