Job summary

Life360 is seeking a seasoned product leader to own identity, authentication, sign-in, and recovery at global scale. You will set strategy, define metrics, and collaborate with Foundations, Security, Privacy, Legal, and Customer Care to keep members’ accounts safe.

You will drive passkeys, passwordless and risk-based authentication, design for 180+ countries, and balance security with a seamless user experience across devices and markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Hands-on consumer identity, authentication, or trust products at scale.
• Strong cybersecurity depth: threat modeling, MFA, passkeys, WebAuthn, OAuth/OIDC.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for AuthN/AuthZ and identity services across mobile and web.
• Design secure, user-friendly account sign-in, recovery, and credential lifecycle flows.
• Lead risk-based authentication and passwordless strategies to reduce friction.
• Partner with Security, Privacy, Legal, and Care teams to align on policies and KPIs.
• Define and monitor identity KPIs: sign-in success, recovery success, account safety metrics.
• Drive telemetry and signals to detect abuse and protect member accounts at scale.
• Translate security considerations into business decisions and product priorities.
• Coordinate with Growth, Subscriptions, and Partnerships to serve all products.
• Unify identity decisions across regions, carriers, and devices.
