Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write, test, and debug software in Python, Kotlin, or similar.
• Foundational backend development skills: APIs, data structures, databases, version control.
• Interest in authentication and secure user experiences; CIAM familiarity a plus.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship customer-facing authentication features with mentorship.
• Develop backend services and APIs in Python or Kotlin.
• Integrate with identity platforms like Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock for web, mobile, and partner apps.
• Tackle the full SDLC: design, code, test, review, and deploy with production support.
• Debug services, improve reliability, and analyze production logs/metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to improve security practices.
