Job summary

Red River is seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to administer and optimize enterprise IAM platforms across on-prem and cloud environments. The role emphasizes security, automation, and governance.

You will implement SSO/MFA, manage lifecycle automation with PowerShell/Power Automate, and collaborate with Security, HR, and Ops to drive reliability and compliance. Remote work options with occasional travel to Red River offices are expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience administering enterprise identity, application, infrastructure, or cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Administer identity, access management, authentication, and governance platforms.
Manage user lifecycle automation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related services.
Support administration, integration, lifecycle management, and operational reliability of enterprise business applications and associated infrastructure platforms.
Administer privileged access and credential management solutions.
Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and related technologies.
Support compliance, security, audit, and governance requirements.
Serve as a Tier III escalation resource and participate in infrastructure and application modernization initiatives.
Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Business Operations teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
