Job summary

Red River seeks an experienced Identity and Access Administrator to manage IAM platforms, automate user lifecycles, and support hybrid identity environments in a predominantly remote role with travel to offices as needed.

Responsibilities include administering Entra ID, AD, and M365, plus implementing authentication technologies such as SSO and MFA while ensuring governance and compliance across enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive experience administering enterprise identity, application, infrastructure, or cloud platforms.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with authentication technologies, including SSO, MFA, identity governance, and access management.
• Experience supporting SQL Server administration, database integrations, or application infrastructure platforms.
• Experience developing automation solutions through PowerShell, Power Automate, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience supporting security, compliance, governance, and audit-related initiatives.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer identity, access management, authentication, and governance platforms.
• Manage user lifecycle automation, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access controls.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related services.
• Support administration, integration, lifecycle management, and operational reliability of enterprise business applications and associated infrastructure platforms.
• Administer privileged access and credential management solutions.
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Power Automate, and related technologies.
• Support compliance, security, audit, and governance requirements.
• Serve as a Tier III escalation resource and participate in infrastructure and application modernization initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, HR, and Business Operations teams to improve efficiency and reliability.
