Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise IAM across cloud and on‑prem environments. The role focuses on Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, PKI, SSO, and lifecycle management, partnering with HR, Infrastructure, and Security teams to automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IAM experience, strong scripting skills in PowerShell, and a deep understanding of zero-trust security models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, IS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years hands-on experience supporting Identity and Access Management technologies in a medium or large enterprise.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, CA, MFA, Identity Governance, and lifecycle management.
• Strong experience implementing SSO technologies: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, SCIM provisioning.
• Experience designing automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and lifecycle workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and access reviews.
• Experience integrating enterprise SaaS like Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Workday.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, engineering, governance, and continuous improvement of IAM services.
• Serve as the primary technical owner for Microsoft Entra ID and related identity platforms.
• Design, implement, and support authentication and authorization solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Manage CA, MFA, Identity Protection, passwordless auth, and modern access management.
• Design and support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, Kerberos, SCIM.
• Oversee onboarding and provisioning, entitlement management, and JML processes.
• Implement RBAC, access governance, and least-privilege access models.
• Manage PIM, privileged access controls, reviews, and certifications.
• Maintain PKI, certificate lifecycle, issuance, renewal, and governance.
• Develop automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to streamline provisioning and governance.
• Create dashboards and reports on identity health, access governance, and compliance.
• Partner with Cybersecurity to enforce Zero Trust identity controls.
• Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation in IAM.
• Create and maintain technical docs, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Evaluate emerging identity technologies and drive improvements for security and scalability.
