Responsibilities

• Handle an average of fifty incoming calls from IBOs per day.
• Monitor and respond to live chat requests from IBOs, meeting departmental goals.
• Address multiple chat inquiries simultaneously with professionalism and urgency.
• Direct IBOs to resources and online tools for information.
• Maintain current knowledge of ACN products and services, providing technical assistance.
• Address inquiries about subscriber services, products, billing, and information with up-to-date details.
• Identify and resolve issues related to policies, procedures, and compensation plans.
• Assist in locating information using ACN's online tools and keep product knowledge current.
• Accurately complete all necessary forms and documentation.
• Review root causes of IBO inquiries to drive resolution.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
