Job summary

ACN is seeking an IBO Support Specialist for an onsite, Monday–Friday schedule in the Charlotte area. You will handle high volumes of calls, monitor live chats, and provide accurate information on ACN services and policies.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. Onsite work in Charlotte, daily office hours 10:00 am–6:30 pm EST.

Responsibilities

Answer an average of fifty incoming calls from IBOs per day.
Monitor and respond to incoming live chat requests from IBOs efficiently and accurately.
Address multiple chat inquiries simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and a sense of urgency.
Direct IBOs to appropriate resources and online tools for information related to their role.
Maintain current knowledge of ACN products and services, offering technical assistance when needed.
Address IBO inquiries about subscriber services, products, billing, and general information.
Identify and resolve issues related to policies, procedures, and compensation plans.
Offer assistance in locating pertinent information using ACN's online tools.
