Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our team at any Concordance location or fully remote. You will analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise business applications, collaborating with users, analysts, and IS staff to deliver reliable technology solutions.

The role focuses on IBM i applications using RPGLE, CLLE, embedded SQL, and Db2 for i, with responsibilities including troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Experience with VAI S2K or similar ERP/business applications.
• Healthcare distribution, supply chain, finance, or related domains.
• Experience with modernization, automation, reporting, or process improvement.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools is a plus and should be used responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support IBM i applications using RPGLE, CLLE, embedded SQL, Db2 for i.
• Analyze business processes and translate user requirements into specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation and procedures.
• Support reporting and analytics using SQL, Cognos, Sequel or equivalent tools.
• Participate in modernization efforts and user experience improvements.
