Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Programmer Analyst to participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of enterprise business applications across the healthcare distribution domain.

You will work closely with users, business analysts, management, and IS staff to define requirements, resolve issues, and deliver reliable technology solutions, with after-hours support and minimal travel up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with VAI S2K or similar ERP/business applications.
• Experience in healthcare distribution, supply chain, finance, operations, or related business domains.
• Experience with application modernization, automation, reporting, or process improvement.
• Experience using AI-assisted development or productivity tools is a plus. Must use such tools responsibly and per policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support IBM i applications using RPGLE, CLLE, embedded SQL, Db2 for i, and related tools.
• Analyze business processes and translate user requirements into specifications.
• Troubleshoot production application issues and implement fixes.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation and procedures.
• Support reporting and data extraction using SQL, Cognos, Sequel or equivalents.
• Participate in modernization efforts and improve documentation, automation, integration, and UX.
