Job summary
Junto is hiring an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution Engineer to partner with sales, customers, and technical teams across the customer journey. You will translate business needs into technical IAM solutions, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and support proofs-of-concept and evaluations.
The role favors proactive, structured problem-solving and ownership from idea to execution. The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in solution engineering or related roles, solid IAM knowledge,
Qualifications
- 3–6 years in Solution Engineering or related customer-facing tech roles.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and architectures.
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical presentations and workshops.
- Familiarity with APIs and light scripting (PowerShell, Python, REST).
- Ability to explain complex tech to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and technical teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead discovery and scoping conversations to understand customer requirements.
- Translate challenges into solution recommendations and communicate value.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical workshops tailored to use cases.
- Support proofs-of-concept and customer evaluations.
- Build and maintain demonstration environments and assets.
- Contribute to webinars, whitepapers, and technical marketing.
