Job summary

Inspira Enterprise is seeking a pre-sales IAM Solutions Architect to drive customer engagements across the identity lifecycle. You will partner with CISOs, IAM leaders, and engineering teams to address governance, access, and modern challenges such as machine identities and AI agents.

You will shape demand, lead POVs, and position IAM solutions in competitive sales cycles, measuring success by influencing decisions, demonstrating value, and establishing credibility as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity consulting, pre-sales, or solutions architecture.
• Strong understanding of IAM domains, including IGA, PAM, and AM.
• Experience leading enterprise sales cycles through discovery, demos, POVs, and deal progression.
• Ability to engage CISOs, identity, cloud, and engineering teams, and communicate complex concepts to executive and technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Advise and drive strategy, architecture, NHI, AI security, machine, and modern IAM activities across sales, delivery, and operational teams.
• Translate challenges into clear solution narratives, roadmaps, and business-aligned outcomes.
• Partner with account teams to qualify, shape, and advance opportunities.
• Deliver demos, workshops, POVs, and executive briefings for technical and business audiences.
• Address technical objections and align solutions with other security teams and capabilities.
• Develop POVs, proposals, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to build scalable offerings, sales plays, and reusable assets.
• Contribute to thought leadership, industry engagement, and feedback to services teams.
• Position capabilities and challenge legacy IAM approaches.

Inspira is hiring a pre-sales IAM Solutions Architect to drive customer engagements across the identity lifecycle, partnering with CISOs, IAM leaders, and engineering teams to address governance, access, and emerging challenges such as machine identities and AI agents. This role focuses on shaping demand, leading POVs, and positioning IAM solutions in competitive sales cycles, with success measured by the ability to influence decisions, demonstrate value, and establish credibility as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and drive strategy, architecture, NHI, AI security, machine, and modern IAM activities across sales, delivery, and operational teams.
• Translate challenges into clear solution narratives, roadmaps, and business-aligned outcomes.
• Partner with account teams to qualify, shape, and advance opportunities.
• Deliver demos, workshops, POVs, and executive briefings for technical and business audiences.
• Address technical objections and align solutions with other security teams and capabilities (cyber defense, threat intelligence, risk management, etc.).
• Develop POVs, proposals, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with partners and teams to build scalable offerings, sales plays, and reusable assets.
• Contribute to thought leadership, industry engagement, and feedback to services teams.
• Position capabilities and challenge legacy IAM approaches.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years in cybersecurity consulting, pre-sales, or solutions architecture.
• Strong understanding of traditional IAM domains, including IGA, PAM, and AM.
• Working knowledge of IAM concepts, including service accounts, API keys, OAuth, secrets, tokens, and machine/workload identities.
• Experience leading enterprise sales cycles through discovery, demos, POVs, and deal progression.
• Ability to engage CISOs, identity, cloud, and engineering teams, and communicate complex concepts to executive and technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures.
• Familiarity with secrets management and security tooling.
• Understanding of AI security risks, zero trust principles, and risk-based remediation.
• Ability to create sales messaging, discovery frameworks, and customer-facing materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; U.S.-based with travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiar with modern identity patterns and zero-trust principles.
• Experience in regulated industries or cybersecurity vendors/consulting; strong executive presence; familiarity with compliance frameworks.
• CISSP or relevant security certifications
