Job summary

Cerby, Inc. is seeking a full-time Solutions Engineer to support sales and customer success by handling technical aspects of the sales cycle and remote work from the East Coast.

You will design IAM/IGA solutions, lead product demonstrations, and drive PoCs to validate capabilities for enterprise customers. You will collaborate with account executives, engage with technical stakeholders, and produce implementation guides to ensure secure, compliant deployments.

Qualifications

• East Coast US-based with technical customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying IAM/IGA use cases.
• Strong understanding of identity standards and protocols (SAML, SCIM).
• Experience integrating identity platforms via RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account executives to design tailored IAM/IGA solutions.
• Demonstrate product capabilities and build demo environments for PoCs.
• Gather requirements, validate solutions, and document implementations.
