Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is looking for a customer-obsessed, technically curious Sr. Solutions Engineer (SE) who will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support both our IDIRA Workforce IAM and IGA initiatives across the Central US region.

Remote role with hybrid collaboration across geographies. You’ll be the IAM authority, shaping solutions for enterprise security and helping customers succeed with Identity & Access Management products and integrations.

Qualifications

• Core IAM concepts: lifecycle management, federation (OIDC/OAuth), SSO/MFA, zero-trust/least privilege.
• Hands-on with IAM platforms (CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID, SailPoint, AD).
• Ability to design enterprise security roles and pass regulatory audits.
• Ability to teach, document, and enable teammates and customers.
• Familiarity with competitive IAM/IGA landscape and scripting to automate workflows.
