Job summary

Xerox Holdings Corporation is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Engineering Manager to lead a security engineering team and drive the design, implementation, and evolution of our enterprise IAM programs. You will oversee Saviynt IGA and Delinea PAM initiatives, collaborating with IT and business teams to deploy secure, scalable solutions.

The role requires strong Java development and SQL scripting skills, plus proven leadership in complex IAM projects within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in IT services or the IAM domain, with a focus on Saviynt IGA implementations.
• Experience developing or implementing Saviynt components such as Build Warehouse, ARS, Rule Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, and SOD.
• Experience with Saviynt capabilities including application onboarding, provisioning, birthright provisioning, workflows, analytics, and delegation.
• Can configure Saviynt workflows and birthright rules for user onboarding.
• Experience creating XML jobs in the Saviynt IAM platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of four Security Engineers specializing in IAM.
• Engineer and maintain enterprise IAM solutions using Saviynt IGA and Delinea Secret Server Cloud.
• Develop new application integrations and connectors within Saviynt.
• Design Saviynt access-request forms and support onboarding of new applications.
• Enhance access-review definitions and perform quarterly certification reviews for audits.
• Verify user access aligns with business roles and responsibilities; remediate as needed.
• Configure Saviynt workflows, birthright rules, and provisioning processes.
• Respond to security incidents involving privileged access and lead IAM projects.
• Maintain IAM documentation, code repositories, and development environments.
• Provide technical guidance to IAM operations and act as escalation point.
