Job summary

Tempus is seeking an IAM Engineer to advance secure and private precision medicine methodologies for our clients and their patients. You will design and implement IAM solutions, with hands-on work on OKTA and its workflows, across diverse domains in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with IT and business units to promote IAM awareness, mitigate security risks, and ensure compliant authentication and authorization in our data-rich workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT Security.
• 2+ years of experience with IAM Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across domains (OKTA, OKTA Workflows).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate IAM-related security risks.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to promote IAM awareness and integrate IAM best practices into operations.
