Job summary

Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain complex identity and access management solutions. You will work with SailPoint, AD, Azure AD, Okta, MFA, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and LDAP to support secure access across the organization.

Responsibilities include lifecycle management, access reviews, incident response, and collaboration with vendors. The role requires PowerShell, C#, and SQL experience, with a focus on security and compliance in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including IGA, PAM, and SSO.
• Participate in testing, validation, and QA of IAM solutions for functionality and security.
• Assist with disaster recovery, backup, and security optimization tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity lifecycle and access policies for users, groups, roles, and applications.
• Perform access reviews, risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and audits to ensure IAM policy compliance.
• Provide technical support and guidance on IAM-related matters to clients and internal teams.
