Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, cybersecurity, or related field.
+5 years IAM experience.
+3 years in a leadership role.
Experience integrating IAM with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
Experience with automation, scripting (PowerShell, Python).

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the IAM team; set goals and manage performance.
Define and execute the IAM roadmap, aligning with security, compliance, and business objectives.
Oversee identity lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and access reviews.
Manage IAM tools daily, primarily SailPoint, AD, and Azure AD.
Lead periodic access certifications and audits; coordinate with compliance teams.
Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
