Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking an Identity and Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions that align with security best practices. You will develop policies, manage onboarding/offboarding, and integrate IAM with IT systems while collaborating with leaders across Freeman Health System.

Your role requires experience in IAM, Active Directory, and project leadership, with a focus on secure access and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 4+ years in IT considered
• At least 2 years in Identity & Access Management and 2 years in a system administrator or application analyst role
• Experience in user access management and governance
• Experience training others on Active Directory and IAM tools
• Experience using analytical tools for workflows, system configuration and IAM documentation
• Experience designing and administering Identity Management and Access
• Experience leading large scale projects and processes
• Preferred: CIMP or Sailpoint Administrator/Engineer certifications

Responsibilities
