Job summary

Astreya is seeking an IAM Analyst to join the Corporate Identity and Access team. You will own application integrations, handle escalated access tickets, and coordinate with owners, vendors, and the identity team on complex configurations.

Responsibilities include managing SaaS integrations, provisioning workflows, and contributing to audit and access governance. This is a remote-capable role with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations or IAM.
• Hands-on experience with Okta or comparable IAM platform.
• Experience with SaaS integrations including SCIM and SSO.
• Comfortable engaging directly with application owners and external vendors.
• Familiarity with IT service management systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
• Ability to work independently in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage SaaS application integrations with owners and vendors.
• Triage and resolve escalated access tickets from IT Operations.
• Support user lifecycle workflows: provisioning and deprovisioning across SaaS portfolio.
• Maintain and improve documentation, runbooks, and process guides.
• Assist with audit evidence collection and access reviews for compliance.
• Partner with Security, IT, and People Operations to ensure scalable access governance.
