Job summary

Aspirion is seeking an Identity and Access Management professional to manage user access for client systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support audits and deactivations. The role emphasizes security, accuracy, and process improvement within a healthcare-focused context.

You will work with clients, operations, and implementation teams to ensure proper access governance, while maintaining compliance with established protocols and continuously enhancing the IAM program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Identity and Access Management experience.
• Proven experience growing or maturing an IAM function.
• Experience in healthcare/medical billing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and clients to manage user access requests.
• Maintain and audit access records, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Process deactivations and offboarding per termination reports.
• Support monthly audits and resolve discrepancies in access lists.
• Coordinate payer portal and EMR access with client teams.
