Job summary

Astreya in Denver, CO, is seeking a detail-oriented IAM Analyst to join the Corporate Identity and Access team. The role focuses on application integration, escalated access tickets, and coordinating with application owners, vendors, and the identity team.

You will manage SaaS integrations (SCIM provisioning, SSO), support user lifecycle workflows, and help improve runbooks and audit evidence for compliance. Remote-capable with a strong eye for detail and initiative.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT operations, IAM, or closely related field.
Hands-on experience with Okta or comparable IAM platform (Azure AD/Entra ID).
Experience with SaaS application integrations, including SCIM provisioning and SSO configurations.
Able to engage with application owners and external vendors to troubleshoot integrations.
Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow and improve processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage SaaS application integrations with owners and vendors on complex configurations.
Triage and resolve escalated access tickets from IT Operations.
Support user lifecycle workflows, including provisioning and deprovisioning.
Maintain and improve documentation, runbooks, and process guides for integration and access workflows.
Assist with audit evidence collection and access review activities for compliance.
Partner with Security, IT, and People Operations to govern access at scale.
