Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst I to support day-to-day IAM operations for a remote role. You will protect data integrity and availability, participate in policy creation, and help implement new security solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with AppDev, incident response, and maintaining industry standard baselines using CIS/CSA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, CSA, ISO27000.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, MFA, IAM, and network monitoring.
• Understanding of cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP) and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with authentication methods including MFA and SSO.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and design of enterprise security architecture with a primary focus on Identity Access and Management (IAM).
• Create enterprise security documents in IAM (policies, standards, baselines, guidelines, procedures).
• Design and implement access controls and RBAC across systems such as Okta, AD, and cloud services.
• Maintain up-to-date baselines using CIS/CSA for secure configurations of devices and IAM tooling.
• Monitor IAM solutions and respond to security incidents and end-user issues.
