Job summary

UCT is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer (IAM Analyst III) to lead IAM operations for our enterprise environment in Austin, TX or Phoenix, AZ. You will manage SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM, perform provisioning and access reviews, and collaborate across Security, IT, and HR to strengthen security and user experience.

The role emphasizes automation, RBAC, compliance support, and responsible incident investigations, with opportunity to influence process improvements across the IAM program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of IAM, cybersecurity, systems administration, or related experience.
• Experience supporting IAM operations within a medium or large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support IAM platforms (SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM).
• Provisioning, RBAC modifications, and deprovisioning per policy.
• Troubleshoot identity issues with internal teams to resolve incidents and requests.
• Monitor IAM systems and workflows for stability and effectiveness.
• Perform periodic access reviews and entitlement certifications.
• Support onboarding of applications into IAM platforms.
• Assist with automation to improve provisioning efficiency.
• Support internal and external audit activities (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC).
