• Minimum 3 years IT Epic support experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain IAM and Epic Security systems and respond to incidents.
• Coordinate with IT teams to develop and enhance Epic access and security.
• Ensure compliance with IAM policies and audits.
• Manage on-call rotations and document standard procedures.
• Mentor staff and provide guidance to other departments on IAM improvements.
