Centene Corp. is seeking an Identity and Access Management specialist to perform access reviews, provisioning, and support IAM systems. You will troubleshoot access issues and work with help desk to resolve them, while delivering advanced analytics and reporting for business areas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field and 2–4 years of related experience. Familiarity with AD, CyberArk, SailPoint is a plus, and the position offers flexible remote/hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field and 2-4 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience reflective of the level of this position.
• Experience with Application access provisioning.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with Customer Service.

Responsabilités

• Perform access reviews, role provisioning, and support IAM systems.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with help desk to resolve access issues.
• Provide in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to business areas through analysis and reporting.
• Design and program new processes/reports for Identity Access systems.
