Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Identity & Access Management Analyst (AI Training) for a remote hourly contract to help train and validate AI models with IAM, SSO, and access control expertise. You will analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations, classify permission issues, and review zero-trust designs for correctness and risk.

You will also generate realistic identity security data to support AI training and provide expert feedback that explains how IAM

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege models, and access review processes.
• Able to communicate technical findings clearly and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and failure patterns.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related vulnerabilities.
• Review zero-trust models and evaluate access design decisions for correctness and risk.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems.
• Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI understand how IAM risk actually emerges and propagates in enterprise environments.
