Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an IAM Analyst for AI training to analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios, identify weaknesses, and help AI models reason about security. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to work with leading AI research labs.

You will classify privilege escalation paths, review zero-trust designs, and generate realistic identity security data used to train frontier AI models, with feedback that improves security reasoning.

Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on IAM/SSO experience.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege principles.
• Familiar with identity failures in real environments and how attackers exploit them.
• Able to think like a defender and an adversary when evaluating access scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related security failures.
• Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and soundness.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate frontier AI models.
• Provide structured expert feedback that directly improves how AI reasons about enterprise security.
