Job summary

Alignerr Corp. Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst for AI training projects is a remote, hourly-contract role focusing on evaluating IAM, SSO, and access-control scenarios to improve AI reasoning about identity risks.

You will classify permission issues, review RBAC and least-privilege designs, and generate security data used to train AI models, with independent task-based work and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IAM, SSO or enterprise identity experience.
• Strong understanding of RBAC and least-privilege models.
• Experience identifying identity-related failure patterns and risks.
• Ability to communicate security concepts clearly in writing.
• Comfortable with independent task-based work.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access-control scenarios to identify weaknesses.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failure patterns.
• Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems.
• Provide structured expert feedback that influences AI reasoning on enterprise security topics.
