Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst for AI training, focusing on secure identity design and risk awareness. This fully remote contract role partners with leading AI labs to develop smarter models with robust access controls.

You will analyze IAM and SSO scenarios, classify permissions, review zero-trust designs, and generate security data used to train frontier AI systems. Strong communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• RBAC and least-privilege understanding.
• Able to identify identity failures and attacker techniques.
• Clear written communicator.
• Self-motivated and independent worker.

Responsibilities

• Analyze realistic IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and exploitable paths.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation vectors, and identity-related failures.
• Review zero-trust architectures and evaluate access design decisions for soundness.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate frontier AI systems.
• Provide structured expert feedback that directly shapes how AI reasons about enterprise security risk.
