Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to help train and evaluate AI models by exploring enterprise identity scenarios, access control failures, and privilege escalation paths. This role focuses on real-world IAM challenges and security reasoning.

The position is an hourly contract, fully remote, with flexible hours and requires 2+ years in IAM, SSO, or related platforms. You’ll analyze, classify, and validate IAM scenarios to improve how frontier AI reasons

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on IAM, SSO, or identity platforms experience.
• Strong understanding of RBAC and least-privilege models.
• Familiar with identity failure patterns in real environments.
• Ability to articulate security reasoning in writing.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access-control scenarios to identify weaknesses.
• Classify permission issues and privilege escalation paths.
• Review zero-trust models for accuracy and risk.
• Generate realistic identity security scenarios for AI training.
• Provide expert feedback to help AI reason about IAM risk.
• Work independently and asynchronously on own schedule.
