Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to assist in training and evaluating AI systems focused on real-world identity and access risks. You will analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios, classify issues, and review zero-trust designs to improve AI reasoning around security.

The role is remote, hourly, with a commitment of 10-40 hours per week. Prior hands-on IAM experience and knowledge of RBAC are required, with flexibility for asynchronous collaboration

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege principles.
• Ability to articulate complex security concepts in written form.
• Experience in identifying weaknesses and attack paths in identity systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses, misconfigurations, and attack paths.
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related failures.
• Review zero-trust architectures and access design decisions for accuracy and risk.
• Generate and validate realistic identity security scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems.
• Provide structured expert feedback that helps AI reason more accurately about enterprise security.
