Job summary

North Wind is seeking a senior program manager to direct large, complex hypersonic development programs in a remote US arrangement. You will lead engineering, program management, and fabrication resources, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence while promoting customer satisfaction and future opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in engineering and 10+ years in related fields, including experience with agile and waterfall methods and EVMS concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of related discipline.
• Experience implementing established program management methods.
• Experience managing complex software development programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct execution of all assigned programs within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Strengthen business development by maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting future opportunities.
• Develop baseline schedules, spend plans and revenue projections; monitor status and progress.
• Participate in proposal development and contract negotiations; clarify requirements and changes.
