Qualifications

• Leadership of engineering, program management, or other technical teams.
• Experience managing complex software development and integration programs.
• Ability to balance scope, schedule and budget across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of agile vs. waterfall interfaces in large programs.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM) and CAM responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates execution of technical programs to maximize customer satisfaction and ensure program success.
• Strengthens customer relationships to promote future business opportunities and retention.
• Develop baseline schedules, spend plans and revenue projections; lead reviews and risk mitigation.
• Participate in proposal development and contract negotiation; clarify requirements and obtain acceptance.
