Job summary

North Wind is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to direct the execution of major aerospace and defense programs. You will coordinate resources, manage schedules and budgets, and drive customer satisfaction across multiple projects.

The role requires a strong background in engineering program management, leadership of technical teams, and experience in the aerospace/defense sector. Willingness to travel up to 10% and obtain/maintain DoD clearance are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline required.
• 10+ years of related discipline experience.
• Direct experience implementing established program management methods.
• Education and experience may be combined to meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct execution of all assigned programs within scope, budget and schedule.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote future business.
• Create baseline schedules, spend plans and revenue projections; lead reviews.
• Assist in proposal development and contract changes; clarify requirements and negotiate.
