Job summary

Star Dental Partners is seeking a remote Hygiene Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for hygiene roles across the organization, including full-time, part-time, and PRN. You will partner with hiring managers, external vendors, and dental hygiene programs to build a robust talent pipeline and fill requisitions efficiently.

You will manage multi-site searches, maintain accurate ATS records (iCIMS), draft compelling job descriptions, and deliver weekly and quarterly hiring metrics while ensuring

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• 2 years of experience recruiting in the dental industry preferred.
• Proficient in ATS; iCIMS preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multi-site dental practices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Dental Hygiene programs.
• Ensure documentation and approvals are obtained before opening a search or extending offers.
• Source and attract active and passive candidates via job boards, social media, cold calling, conferences, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• Collaborate with hiring managers as a recruiting liaison and build a strong talent pipeline for hygiene.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs.
• Draft and publish job descriptions.
• Manage each requisition in an organized and timely manner.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess knowledge, skills, and aptitudes.
• Act as point of contact and build candidate relationships during selection.
• Utilize ATS to track candidates and requisitions.
• Create recruiting/analytical reports and forecasting data.
• Fulfill weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
