Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide phone support in service, installation and troubleshooting of all Rinnai products. This remote role may require onsite training at the Peachtree City, GA office.

The pay rate is $28.50-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include health, 401k match, volunteer service days, and more. Hydronic/plumbing or boiler experience and knowledge of schematics are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven technical appliance repair experience.
• Background in electronics, plumbing systems, hydronics and/or boiler systems.
• Familiar with schematics and ladder diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support for service, installation and troubleshooting.
• Document failure analysis and coordinate repairs on returned products.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Service teams.
• Gather and document information on quality/performance issues for corrective actions.
• Ensure records of work orders and related quality reports are complete.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company property.
• Support changing business demands and deadlines.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.
