Job summary

Rinnai America Corporation is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for remote work involving service, installation, and troubleshooting. You may attend onsite training at the Corporate Office in Peachtree City, GA.

The role offers a pay range of $28.50–$35.00 per hour depending on experience, with strong benefits and a focus on customer service and technical problem solving. Preferred candidates have hydronic, plumbing, or boiler experience and familiarity with schematics or ladder diagrams.

Qualifications

• Technical Associate degree in plumbing or electrical engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of proven and demonstrated technical appliance repair experience preferred.
• Experience with electronics, plumbing systems, hydronics and/or boiler systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone support to answer inquiries on service, installation and troubleshooting procedures for all Rinnai products.
• Document results of failure analysis and coordinate repairs/rework on products returned to Rinnai.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Service staff to understand product features and quality controls.
• Liaise with Field Sales/Service organizations and Engineering to gather information on potential quality/performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain records of work orders, quality control reports, failure analysis, RGA’s, credits, returns, and shipping requests.
