Braver Technology, a New Charter Company, is seeking a Systems Engineer in Hartford, Connecticut to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot secure infrastructure and cloud solutions for clients. This hybrid role combines remote work with on-site support at client locations and company offices.

You will work with cross-functional teams to manage Microsoft 365 and Azure services, document activities, and resolve escalated issues.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of network design/installation experience.
• At least one relevant industry certification.
• Ability to travel to company offices and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises and cloud environments, including hardware and software configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Design, deploy, administer, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain documentation and participate in on-call support when needed.
