Job summary
New Charter Technologies, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer in Burlington, Vermont. You will partner with Professional Services, Service Operations, and the Design Team to deliver project work, resolve escalated support issues, and maintain client environments
Qualifications
- Associate degree or 2+ years network design and installation experience, or a mix of related experience.
- At least one relevant industry certification.
- Working knowledge of network apps and OS; able to configure, support, and maintain servers/workstations.
- Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, administer, and support Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Manage on-premises and cloud environments, including hardware, software, and documentation.
- Resolve escalated issues from TAC and teammates; assist with troubleshooting to resolutions.
- Collaborate with Design Team to develop scopes of work and technical quotes.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders about status, risks, and deadlines.
- Mentor junior staff and share knowledge to improve the Service Operations culture.
