Job summary
Braver Technology, a New Charter Technologies company, seeks a Technical Consultant to design and deliver scalable IT infrastructure and cloud solutions for clients. You will collaborate with clients, project managers, and engineering teams to assess business needs, architect solutions across network infrastructure and cloud platforms, and lead implementation efforts using modern IT systems and tools.
Salary starts at 90k + Bonus. Remote location within the New England region.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in network design, implementation, or related field.
- Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two relevant industry certifications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand business and technical requirements
- Design and propose scalable IT infrastructure and cloud solutions
- Develop scopes of work, project estimates, and technical documentation
- Implement and configure network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems
- Provide technical support during and after implementation
- Support pre-sales efforts including proposals and client presentations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across client environments
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends
