Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an analytics leader to develop and operationalize insights, models, reporting, and customer-facing supply chain programs that drive decision-making.

This role blends Snowflake data engineering, Power BI dashboard design, and advanced network analytics with the business fluency to translate ambiguous needs into scalable solutions and measurable outcomes across cost, service, growth, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related.
• 5+ years data management/analysis; at least 3 years in Supply Chain.
• Experience with CPG/consumer products is a strong plus.
• Exposure to network modeling tools (e.g., Llamasoft) and order-to-cash processes.
• Snowflake experience (star schema, data products) and advanced Power BI/dashboard development.
• Knowledge of SAP and supply chain data structures; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines, semantic models, and analytics-ready datasets in Snowflake.
• Design and own Power BI dashboards and paginated reports for daily ops and leadership review.
• Integrate data from SAP, Snowflake, 3PL feeds, Amazon Vendor Central, and JDE.
• Define reporting requirements and drive new applications and automation.
• Design and maintain network models for boundary alignments and distribution strategy.
• Analyze customer data to model future-state volume shifts and costs.
• Identify optimization opportunities across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Apply statistical techniques to interpret trends and validate data.
• Present insight-led storytelling to leadership and customer-facing teams.
