Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in supply chain, logistics, business analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience with Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and data-source connections that improve visibility and decision-making across supply chain functions.
• Work with data in Databricks and Excel to validate data quality, investigate issues, and ensure reporting connections and outputs are accurate.
• Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and other Microsoft tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and root causes across areas such as inventory, service, transportation, warehousing, customer performance, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into practical reporting, analytics, automation, and process‑improvement solutions.
• Manage multiple projects, enhancement requests, and ad hoc analytical needs while prioritizing based on business impact, urgency, and complexity.
• Partner across Transportation, Warehousing, Physical Logistics, Planning, Customer Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and other functions to deliver integrated solutions.
