Job summary

EQV Group seeks a Land Business Analyst to join its expanding Land team in Oklahoma City, with hybrid/remote options for the right candidate. The role blends land data management and business analysis to support lease terms, title documents, and acquisition data integration.

Reporting to the Vice President of Land, you will drive land systems improvements, map processes, manage vendor relations, and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights across the asset portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of upstream oil and gas experience as a business analyst, lease analyst, land analyst, or land administration
• Knowledge of oil and gas lease terms, conveyances, assignments, and related title documents
• Proficiency with land management software such as Quorum, PakLand, or LandVantage
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills for high-volume records
• Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Intermediate SQL skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Land Systems and lead implementation
• Map and analyze Land business processes for improvements and optimization
• Own vendor relationships for Land systems, including defect tracking and testing
• Provide end-user support and training for Land applications
• Perform quality control on land data across the portfolio
• Develop tools and dashboards to streamline access to data
• Assist with intake/integration of acquisition Land data and standardization efforts
