Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboarding activities.
• Support recruitment efforts and candidate experience improvements.
• Redesign performance evaluation processes with HR leadership.
• Maintain HRIS data, system testing, and process documentation.
• Develop employee training programs and leadership development.
• Support job descriptions and workforce planning initiatives.
