Job summary

TAIT is seeking an Early Career Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month contract to support internship, co-op, and entry-level hiring. The role will handle sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closure, while partnering with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.

You will build pipelines, coordinate campus recruiting events, and maintain accurate data in the ATS, with 25–35 hours/week and flexible peak periods.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition or early-career recruiting experience.
• Experience conducting interviews and building candidate pipelines.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internship, co-op, apprenticeship, and entry-level roles.
• Review resumes, conduct screenings and interviews.
• Build and maintain early-career talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and selection processes.
• Support offer development, closing, and acceptance.
• Support university recruiting, career fairs, and talent engagement events.
• Maintain recruiting data in the ATS and track activity for continuous improvement.
• Provide extra support during peak internship periods.
