Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Cincinnati seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by proactively identifying goals and needs, recommending deposits, and other banking products and services.

You will process customer transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service while educating customers and partnering with bank areas to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year customer service or related experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year+ customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
