Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retain and grow consumer and business relationships, and recommend deposits and other banking products while processing transactions accurately.

You will balance daily, provide exemplary service, and participate in a disciplined sales process while ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications require a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin-like role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred Qualifications include 1 year or more in customer service in banking/financial services or goal-driven retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhering to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
